Cooking Light Complete Cookbook (2008)
I recently purchased this cookbook for my 25 yr old son for his birthday. He recently got on a diet and has lost 40 pounds! I wanted to get something personal and of benefit to him and his weight loss goals. He absolutely loved it. Not only is the cookbook informative, it actually has mouth-watering recipes. He also commented he liked the fact that it was a 3 ring binder in which he could easily remove the recipe if needed to take with him to the grocery store to pick up needed items. I recommend this cookbook highly and am plesed I purchased it.

Recipes to please the tummy and the scale!
Once you try this cookbook, the others will start gathering dust on the shelves. The Cooking Light recipes are so delicious! No one would ever guess they were the low-calorie version of these delicious meals. Organized by category, this book has recipes for whatever you are craving. Fish, beef, chicken, appetizers, even drinks! There's also a section with slow cooker recipes. My husband and I are really enjoying exploring these recipes together!
