Still not even remotely fair.
Jacen wins, easily, Kylo stands no chance in hell of winning against him, even during the Vong War he was already a battle hardened and top tier legends jedi.
And like most Legends Jedi their feats are ridiculous.
Age 5 he telekinetically manipulates individual molecules of air and creates a ball of heat and light.
By age 14 he is already one of best lightsaber duelist of his generation.
Later, displaying remarkable precision with telekinesis, Jacen levitates and moves a hair-trigger sonic grenade in tandem with Zekk.
When the grenade is accidentally activated, Jacen telekinetically freezes the detonation mechanism, another impressive display of precision.
Jacen's also finally the one to kill the voxyn queen and complete the mission, after fighting through an entire Yuuzhan Vong worldship and suffering many injuries.
At the end of the mission to Myrkr, Jacen is kidnapped by Vergere and tortured for weeks in the Embrace of Pain. Vergere cuts Jacen off from the Force and Jacen's agony is felt by many other Jedi across the galaxy, including Kyp Durron, despite the fact that they had no prior connection (like Jacen's twin bond with Jaina). Kyp notes that the agony was something he couldn't imagine living through.
Yet Jacen, even without the Force, manages to not only survive the torture, but thrive on it. He soon develops an ability to accept and feed on pain that is matched only by the greatest warriors among the Yuuzhan Vong – a culture where pain is a sacred way of life and mutilations are a status symbol.
Linked telepathically to a dhuryam, or Yuuzhan Vong world-brain, Jacen seduces it to his side, granting him unparalleled control over Yuuzhan Vong life forms and constructs. While this is not a Force power, it displays his incredible empathic abilities.
Using that telepathic connection, he sparks a slave revolt that comes extremely close to destroying the irreplaceable Yuuzhan Vong seedship.
He's able to use this connection to the dhuryam as a sort of Vongsense that functions at the same level as his twin bond with Jaina, allowing him to anticipate and react to Yuuzhan Vong warriors as if they're part of the same entity.
Vergere returns Jacen's connection to the Force, and it's clear that this period did not affect his Force abilities in the slightest. He attempts to escape the Yuuzhan Vong hunting him on Yuuzhan'tar, but is lured into a trap by Vergere. Incensed, he uses Force lightning to burn Vergere and powerful gusts of wind to crush the squad of Vong warriors opposing him. He then casually brings down part of a skyscraper around them.
Vergere later implies that Jacen could single-handedly take on most of a Yuuzhan Vong 12-member squad, as well as Nom Anor and herself.
Jacen also displays an impressive affinity for Tutaminis, absorbing blaster fire from around fifty individuals.
In an incredible display of power and mind control, Jacen plants a Force compulsion inside Ganner Rhysode's mind that's so strong, it wipes some of Ganner's memory. Ganner also needs a few moments to wrench himself out of it despite knowing what it is. Ganner notes on two occasions that Jacen's stronger than he is, which is quite impressive considering that Ganner's one of the more powerful Jedi Knights of Luke's Order.
The most impressive part about the above feats is that they all happened before Jacen was even formally.
After sustaining many severe injuries from his battle with the Slayers, Jacen proceeds to perform what is perhaps the most impressive feat ever seen from a mortal Force-user. Jacen achieves perfect Oneness, serving as a pure conduit of the Force incapable of taking missteps or making wrong moves. In this state, he effortlessly transforms all the toxins Onimi tries to use against him into nonlethal fluids, and even temporarily reverses Onimi's severe disfigurements for a moment before Onimi's death.
After his state of Oneness has passed, Jacen takes a lethal gush of poison full in the face, but manages to reduce its effect enough to stay alive.
Shortly after, he turns his and Mara's tears into an antidote to the venom from Shimrra's amphistaff in order to save Luke.
This were just some of his feats from the Vong war and before.
Kylo stands no chance, it'd sooner snow in hell before he ever beat Jacen who Kylo is just a cheap and poorly written imitation of.
