We Love our 2021 KZ Durango we ordered it from the factory in 2020 during the pandemic. We ordered so we could get all the options that we wanted. We like the build quality I think it’s a well built Rv . For its price point . we like the floor plan and love the bathroom with it s double vanity. It tows great behind my 2018 Ram 3500. I love the fact that it has huge holding tanks. Plenty of freshwater. We ordered it with the residential refrigerator however it only has a 1200 W inverter so when Boondocking it is hard to keep the batteries charged up just purchased new set a batteries yesterday hope they will work for us better than the batteries that came with. I wished it would have had a 2000 W inverter and heavier duty RV Batteries . Also thing I’m not happy with is the decals peeling off the front of could have them better job on their decals. all in all, we really couldn’t be much happier. It’s definitely the nicest RV we’ve ever owned however it is plenty big getting into smaller campsites. It is 40 feet long. The factory says it is 3710, but I measured it and put a cover on it and it is 40 feet long so it is plenty big. I was really happy. It has a receiver hitch on it with wiring so we can tow a utility trailer which a lot of fifth wheels do not are not set up for towing with lights so that was a nice option they have.. One other thing like to mention is it has tons of storage.

This RV is perfect for long term living, or weekend excursions. We purchased it to live in while we were building our home and it is the perfect floor plan complete with every element to make that experience possible and comfortable for every season. The mid bedroom is perfect for kids room or an office. With an additional queen size bed in the loft above . It has been very well maintained

We love this 2024 floor plan and the features that it comes with. Unfortunately, it was VERY poorly designed and assymbled at the factory and Thor/KZ will not make it right on this brand new fifth wheel! The KZ representative is very snotty to me and to the dealership where we are trying to get this unit back to the condition that it should have been in when delivered!1. The on demand water heater leaked like a fire hose!2. The 2 sliding doors between the bath and BR fall off every time we travel!3. The sliding king size bed falls apart!4. A wheel hub fell off on our first trip!5. NUMEROUS fit and finish issues and lack of quality!If Thor/KZ would just not be such rude jerks and fix what they should fix, we would be happy. Appearently, Thor/KZ does not opperate how most businesses do. Even the dealership is amazed!

We purchased this rig pre-owned. This is our seventh camper/RV in the past 17 years. So far its our favorite. Overall construction is better than average. Although this is a small 5th wheel, its layout makes it seem roomier. The rear kitchen is perfect for us, as we can both prep our meals together. There are lots of cabinets and drawers for all our stuff. The bathroom is comfortable and has a roomy 30x36 inch shower, a huge storage cabinet, and a ceramic bowl toilet. The bedroom is on the smaller side, but still has a full queen mattress. On the negative side, if you taller than 6 ft this may not work for you. Although the living area has tons of head room, the bedroom doesn't. I'm 5'10" and I can easily walk at the foot of the bed, but it quickly tapers off towards the head of the bed. Also, I had to modify some overhead lights as they are too bright. In particular, the bed light and the two lights over the couch. Overall, this is a great camper for the right couple, and we're glad we own it.

This Fifth wheel is a complete piece of garbage. Purchased brand new. On delivery, the convertor was bad. The refrigerator didn’t work. The back patio awning was broken. Some of the window treatments were falling off the walls. Sent it back to fix. They fixed the window treatment and replaced the refrigerator with a cheaper model. Nothing was done to the awning. Sent it back three months later the refrigerator was replaced. Nothing fixed on the awning. Since then, one of the fireplaces is messed up. The window at the dining room is leaking really bad. The front side awning won’t go back in. For $100k you would expect better. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase this. You will have nothing but issues.

In shop more than out. Floors cracked. Door hinges broke. Refrigerator leaked, won’t freeze adequately . Doors finally replaced r/t poor seals. One of the fold up bunks that has never used installed into paneling & hinges coming out of wall same issue with door, hand rails up to fifth wheel bedroom none properly installed like closet which fell off wall traveling entire shelving & rod collapsed only held on by staples half way hitting the 1x1 joke of support & plastic holders not designed to hold > 8 ft closet rods. Fireplace co*ckeyed & won’t mount flush. Slides have jammed multiple times on trips have to await service to come to pull home, door jams poor hinges malfunction & have to slam, chairs don’t fit inset window trim of dining room table. Awnings return for repair ~10 times, have tone manually retracted to leave & tow home, front lights failed. Have to rest power board ~3-4 times every trip to operate slides/awnings/lights, seams on wall covers cracks constantly lights dim when using dining room awnings as if there’s a short in them. Still not fixed after years of returning. manufacturer doesn’t want to stand by their products. Outdoor locks fail & spins around. Trailer looks good workmanship is extremely POOR to Nonexistent quality Have returned & replaced electronic control panel - has same issues have to reset constantly. Tires on trailer are horrible china - replaced all shortly after purchased new. Dangerous to drive on. Have had issues with 4/5 slides jamming failing to retract & or extend vent & bug covers fly off going down road, vents/fans fail to open & or function.. suggest stay away from this manufacturer once they get your money they couldn’t care less about customer service or warranty or $5,000 extended warranty each blames the other &/or ( can’t) repeat error until manufacturer warranty is out …. Then it’s screw u… couldn’t care less about doubt the right thing by their customers….. don’t waste your money on them & steer clear of this manufacturer

Highly recommend. This is our 4th RV (2nd Durango). Very livable floor plan with 2 sleeper sofas and a third recliner sofa set in rear entertainment area. Two sinks in bath area snd king size bed in master. Two a/c units, washer/dryer hookups and outside griddle. Full size fridge and 4 burner oven. Lots of storage inside and out. Very comfortable inside when weather is inclement outside (We normally travel with 3 dogs and three adult). F250 tows easily. Owned Casita and Lance prior and Durango has been best experience.

Overall this unit is very nice! All functional except disappointing pull down shade design/construction. If you want the shade to be down then put it there one time and leave it. The spring in the rod slips and won't reset. Bought new.

Disliked rear refrigerator, liked shower size, disliked L shaped sofa bed couch. It needs an electrical receptacle by table. Light switches in cabinet above sofa hard to reach for short people, need to be on wall by door.

Have enjoyed the trailer but the KZ customer service has been dismal. I ordered a new cargo latch and was sent a latch that was not a replacement but was newly designed. The latch did not come with a key nor instructions on how to install. I have made numerous inquiries concerning how the newly designed latch needs to be installed and received silence.
