  The BEST Children's cookbook EVER made!!

  This book really is the best Children's cookbook ever created and is out of print, so get it while you can......Recipes so good, adults like it. Children will develop love of cooking with this book. I did. I got this at age 8 and launched my cooking career/motherhood prep/home economics/teaching career with it. (Now it's almost 50 years later, and I'm buying them for grandchildren, since I already got them for my kids to cherish.) Fabulous and fun!!!!

  Book was still readable!

  The cookbook was dusty and the box it came in was bent and damaged. But it was alright. I’m glad I can still read the recipes!

  My Favorite Cookbook

  I used mine as my #1 go to. Emphasizes healthy whole food cooking yet basic and easy to follow. I have many cookbooks. This is my favorite. I also use it as reference for things I already cook, just to upgrade it learn about additional spices or variations. I just bought another as a gift. For those committed to healthful eating with delicious, basic recipes, this is the one!

  Fantastic - So much better than 25 years ago

  I love the variety of foods, information about nutrition, layout and overall design of this book. It is great also, that it offers Breast Cancer Awareness information. I am a SGK Breast Cancer supporter and feel like knowledge is a key to beating this disease. The instructions are easy to follow and most recipes are simple enough for a first time cook. I got this book for a Christmas gift. As soon as I opened it, my 20 year old daughter grabbed it up and found a simple Sour Cream Pound cake to make. I got my first BH&G cookbook when I was engaged 26 years ago, and it is sooo outdated (pre-microwave). This one is a great addition to my kitchen. BH&G and SGK made a great product!

  Better Homes and Gardens Breast Cancer Edition

  My husband is a cook and loves receiving cookbooks. I wanted to buy him something that was traditional, that he would enjoy. In the same note, I also wanted this edition because it is in support of breast cancer research and my mom passed away of breast cancer. Let me say that this cookbook was all that I wanted and much more. Same traditional recipes that we have all come to expect from Better Homes and Gardens, but with the added benefit of the "eating for life" section. This was a hit with my husband, myself, and my whole family. Would recommend this for anyone that wants a traditional cookbook and to support breast cancer research at the same time.
