Top service. The driver – night ride #32 – was super nice and even arrived fifteen minutes earlier because he had seen that it was busy at Schiphol. Arrived well on time without stress! Next time I will book here again.

In a past the service was good and I always used UTC, however now the service is terrible. Always an issue with online order: the payment link doesn’t work, order page doesn’t display and today was a new error – you can’t chose where to go. I called operator to order a taxi from airport and he told me you should order a taxi from airport only online, I tried to explain it doesn’t work because there’s an error at website, but he just told me he can’t help, I should order online… I will never again use UTC service, such a poor customer service…

My mother was picked up at Parkgraaf Utrecht on Monday April 8, 2024. The driver was right on time. My mother found it very exciting with the wheelchair in advance, but that was not necessary because the driver drove very neatly and calmly to the new location. So thank you from me.

Employing drivers who think they are alone in the world will not cut you off too cheaply. A bicycle is still too expensive for such a driver, no business card

What a bunch of scammers. Reserved a taxi for my mother and paid immediately. Not the first time, by the way. It was fine last time.This time she had to pay €12.50 call-out costs both there and back. The other times never. Called for text and explanation, got a strange story. So for Bilthoven Maartensdijk, distance 8 km, €50 plus 2x €12.50 paid. Hopeless scammers. And that on the back of a disabled elderly person.

excellent service incomparable to any other taxi service in Utrecht. Always on time, very efficient and professional friendly drivers, very nice customer service. whether it is going to airport, coming from airport, getting around Utrecht. In last 2 days I requested taxi from UTC for getting to hospital and from hospital to home and the taxi was in my location in 2 minutes from the call… I could not believe it…. you are the best UTC

They sadly couldn’t care less about helping loyal customers. Refused to help book a taxi when I was struggling to do it online. They have now lost my loyal business of 5 years.

Booked and paid for a taxi 2 weeks in advance , as I was the mother of the bride, and needed transport fromhotel to the venue.Taxi did not turn up ,tried ring but got an answer phone.On my return to England ,I send 4 emails (!) and 3 WhatsApp and not even got one response… will never use this firm again ..one star is too many !!!!!!!! Good bye to my money!!!Saga continues as I emailed you again and no response…….. really appalling service… will never use this company again !

Reliable taxi company. Always on time and friendly. They drive nice cars. We use them to go to and from the Amsterdam Airport. I recommend this company.

Excellent service. We booked ahead for them to drop us off then pick up later and both times they were right on time. Very friendly drivers, nice clean cars.

At the end of a 6 minute drive, the driver claimed there was an extra 10 euros “voorrijkosten fee”, even though he knew the destination from the start. This 10€ on top of the 3.2€ starting fee, resulted in almost 20€ for a 1km (6 minutes) drive which with any other company would have costed 6-8€. Utterly disgusting way of doing business. Saddening to see how big cab companies scam their customers, resulting in Uber being preferred and the old fashioned cab company dying out.

Right on time! I have called them the day before and scheduled the cab for 04AM a bit skeptical if they would be there due to the time but our driver showed up 🙌🏾

I booked a cab for really early in the morning, I was worried they might not come since other company had cancelled on me before. They came to the meeting point even 5min earlier! The driver was also really friendly. I recommend them!
