His only two loss are his two first fight, sound like a strange stats in the UFC.
I can recall Ngannou starting 0 - 1 and some other instance but not any other 0 2 exemple at such high level

I saw him fight the last few times in Eternal FC before he went to the UFC. And he always stood out as being a level above the guys he fought here in Australia.
It’s time for a step up in competition for him.... I want to see him vs Shavkat on the Perth card. If he can beat or be competitive against Rakhmonov, then he’s the real deal.

It doesn't matter what you think! Seriously though, get this kid in there with another gritty grappler, it's a grapplers division 170lbs is with guys like Usman, Colby, Burns, Shavkat, Khamzat, Belal and Brady. Have him fight Chiesa next and if he runs through'em then we know he can be put on course for a title shot.

Shavkat is fighting Geoff Neal in January, no point in having two young contenders derail each other and Shav is top 10 now anyways. Jack needs a step up, not two steps up.

I don't know how he lost, but if it was due to grappling then I can understand his record, makes sense. Most good boxers lack in that department at first. He's a beast now though.

I wasn’t aware Shavkat was booked already.... poor Geoff Neal.
I think Della needs two steps up. He’s been way too good for the guys he has fought so far in the UFC. I think he might be fringe top 10 level already.
What about Brady coming off his loss to Belal?
I know Della is only 26. So there’s no need to rush him. But with that nose of his I think he should aim for the Moon before it gets busted and potentially becomes an issue for him.
PS - shame about the League result this morning. I was hoping for the Samoa upset.

Belal dominated 2 top 5 guys back to back and then had to fight down to fight Brady.
I mean that's a complete slap in the face if Jack gets a turn up that high after Belal has been a mainstay in the top 10 for years.

I think Minowaman started his career 0-4 or 0-5

I'd be okay with him vs Brady, but I think Chiesa is the better choice. He's 26, on a 13 fight win streak. He's in his physical prime, it's time to test him and see how he responds, better to find things out about yourself early so you can address them than to figure it out at 32 when it's too late. It can take a 2-5 years to amass a 5-10 fight win streak to earn a title shot, sometimes a single loss can derail you and add years to that journey. 26 is young, but if you want to be a champion, you have very little time to make it happen even if you're like 22-23. It doesn't always go perfectly there's injuries, stagnated title pictures/rematches, unexpected losses, holes in your game exposed you have to fix etc.
Good time, I think a guy like Chiesa is right in order to properly test him since it's a grappling dominated division but I wouldn't be surprised if we saw Leech, Drod or maybe even Luque next for ĥim.

I'd like to see him against someone like Ponzinibbio next. That would test where he's at against top 15-20 guys and it would be a fantastic fight stylistically.
